Terms and conditions

By shopping on this website, you automatically accept the conditions below. We therefore recommend that you read the terms carefully before you shop with us.

Delivery times

NOTE - Please note that delivery times are indicative in relation to the delivery time reported to us by the supplier in question. It may happen that some items are temporarily backordered and may therefore take a little longer. This can be especially true for foreign manufacturers. We will contact you as soon as possible with an estimated delivery time when this is available.

Pallet shipments

Some items must be delivered on ½ pallet due to the fragility and/or size of the item. Palletised shipments cannot be delivered to a parcel shop, but only as delivery to a private or business address.
A receipt must be signed upon receipt. We offer kerbside delivery for palletised shipments, so please ensure that the carrier can easily reach the delivery location. Curbside deliveries must be placed on solid ground and are therefore not delivered on grass or gravel, as this may affect the condition of the goods.

Purchase of goods

Once you have selected the items you want and placed them in the shopping basket, you need to fill in your personal information such as name, address and payment details. Once this is done, you will receive a confirmation of your order by email. Please note that this is not the final invoice.
You will also receive a link here, which is your order overview. Here you can follow the updated status of delivery times and expected dispatch to you.

As soon as payment is approved and the item is registered in our warehouse, you will receive an email about the dispatch of your order. In the email, we will inform you of your personal parcel number, which you can always track. You will also be able to see your receipt in the form of the final invoice attached to the e-mail. Lampemesteren Professional will only deduct the amount for your purchase once the item has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Cookies

Facebook advanced matching
By accepting the use of Marketing Cookies, you consent to the use of Facebook Advanced Matching, which improves our Facebook Ads attribution and conversion tracking. We collect and share encrypted information with Facebook (Meta) based on your name, phone, email and address. Google Ads Enhanced ecommerce

Log statistics

We use log statistics on professional.lampemesteren.com, which means that a statistics system collects information that can provide a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where on the website they leave etc.

The log statistics are only used for the purpose of optimising professional.lampemesteren.com

Delivery

We deliver throughout Denmark and unless otherwise requested we ship with GLS.

You will always be able to track your order via the link we sent you when you placed your order. If the delivery date cannot be met, you will receive an update from us. If it is an order item, the production time can be seen in the item text and thus this must be added to the expected delivery time.

However, Lampemesteren Professional cannot be held responsible for delays at the shipping company.

We send all items as parcel post. This makes it possible to track the parcel in case of problems or if the goods are insured. Some items must be sent out on a ½ pallet due to weight, size or fragility of the item.

Please check the contents of the parcel upon receipt and before assembly. If this is not done within a reasonable time (2-4 days) after receipt, Lampemesteren Professional cannot be held responsible for damage. At the same time, please check for defects and whether it is the correct item. If the parcel and/or contents are damaged when you receive it, you must file a complaint via the link you received from us. Here you will be guided through several steps, including attaching a number of pictures. Your complaint will then be handled by our customer service. We endeavour to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.
We always pack the goods with the utmost care to minimise the risk of shipping damage.

The rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act may apply (§8, paragraph 1, no. 14).

Right of return

Note: The statutory right to cancel an order does not apply to commercial buyers.

Complaints

All products are covered by the 24-month warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right of complaint means that you as a customer can complain about defects and deficiencies in the product that have occurred within 24 months of purchase.
The right of complaint does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear caused by incorrect use, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear.

We refund reasonable shipping costs

For complaints, we pay the return shipping, so please do not send anything back until we have approved the complaint.

Reservations

Lampemesteren Professional makes reservations for sold-out items, printing errors, typographical errors, delivery changes from our suppliers and delays that Lampemesteren Professional cannot control.

There may be a fee associated with returning or cancelling a specially produced item ordered to order. The fee may vary depending on the product and supplier.

We also reserve the right to refuse orders where volume discounts and individual discount codes are used together.
